These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Immigration Consultant Services (“the Company”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following:
NATURE OF SERVICES
Immigration Consultant Services provides non‑legal immigration consulting.
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal representation or legal advice.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Review all prepared forms before submission
• Understand that final decisions are made by government authorities, not the Company
SERVICE FEES
• Fees will be disclosed before services begin
• Payments are due as agreed upon in the service agreement
• Fees are for consulting services only and do not include government filing fees
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, immigration outcomes depend on government agencies.
We do not guarantee approvals, processing times, or final decisions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Immigration Consultant Services is not liable for:
• Delays caused by government agencies
• Decisions made by immigration authorities
• Client‑provided errors or omissions
• Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation & Refunds
• Clients may cancel services at any time
• Refunds, if applicable, will be based on work completed up to the cancellation date
• Government fees are non‑refundable
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Immigration Consultant Services operates.
AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
